SHIPPING

 

How do you ship & what is the price?

 

As cost of gas continues to increase so has the cost of shipping.  Due to that, we have had to start charging for shipping.  As of May 2022, we are offering one flat rate for shipping. Shipping price may change.

All items are custom hand-made to order.  Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing and receiving shipment. Items that are categorized as “Ready To Ship” will be shipped out 2-3 business days after order is placed and should be received within 5-8 business days.

 

What countries do you ship to?

 

Currently we only ship to the United States. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases.

 

How do you ship?

 

We ship orders from Illinois using USPS mostly and occasionally UPS & Fedex. After your order is processed, it will be shipped promptly. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow along with your order.

 

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

 

 Please allow custom hand-made items 3-4 weeks for processing before shipment. 

 

How can I track my order?

 

We will send you tracking information and the name of the shipping company to the email you provided us at checkout. Please check your spam folder and whitelist our email.

 

PAYMENT

 

How can I pay for my order?

 

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, GPay and Apple Pay. All products are listed in US Dollars.

 

What is the default payment currency

 

Our products are listed in US Dollars.

 

Can I pay COD – Cash on delivery?

 

No. Sorry. We can only accept payment in advance. You can use one of our secure payment methods to pay for your order.

How do I place an order?

 

First of all, visit our store at: www.kbperkscustom.com  Choose products that you love, then click “Add to cart” & “Check out”. Finally, fill in your information and pay. That’s it! 

 

My product has a problem. What can I do?

 

What to do in 3 steps:

Step 1

As all items are hand-made, there can be slight irregularities on your item.  This will not have an effect on the use of your item.

Step 2

If you have difficulties with your item design, please review the email correspondence. Note that colors on screen may differ slightly from actual color received due to monitor settings.

Step 3

Once you have confirmed the product is actually faulty after steps 1 and 2, you should contact us at admin@kbperks.com
